"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"These guys are great!! In March this year I had warranty issue w/ my new stove from Tierra Stoves and determined it needed an internal part. After dozens of calls and failed appts, in Sept, gave up and called Bailey's in Taos. They don't sell or service my stove brand, but understood my desperation. Gabe, the tech, arrived on-time, inspected and disassembled stove, installed new parts, and saved the day. I am eternally grateful for their empathy and professionalism. "I spoke with Dave on the phone, and he sent Shawn out to inspect. Both were courteous and professional. Shawn listened carefully to my description of the problem odor and when it happened. He checked walls for moisture and other indications of possible mold. Although he did not think there was mold based on his examination, I opted for air samples to make sure. The initial evaluation was free - cost was for the air samples and analysis. Analysis of the samples in the lab showed that there was not a mold problem. Shawn helped me troubleshoot for other possible sources of the problem."
