I have a vented propane Lopi fireplace in my master bedroom that has had an “Arctic blast” cold draft coming through the top and sides of the unit since installation in 2020. He removed a small piece of drywall above the fireplace, crawled inside & insulated the entire back cavity wall, top to bottom with Rockwool. This included a gaping hole that had been left around the air exchanger vent . The drywall repair and painting was done perfectly. Fireplace now heats like a charm"
