"Gloria arrived as agreed with her husband Luis and sister Esperanza. They did a fantastic job cleaning our 6 ceiling fans, lights fixtures, 3 bathrooms, shower doors, mirrors, toilets, etc. Our home has not looked this good in years. They paid a lot of attention to detail and the end result was terrific. Gloria and her crew are the best cleaning team we've ever had, especially since they can perform so many extra services that most cleaning companies either can't or won't do. Our Saulillo Tiles have never looked better, and our windows and screens sparkle. We are very please with their service and feel their rates are very reasonably. "Overall, it really depended on who came to clean.  Some were much better than others, and the good ones I found were very difficult to rebook.  I found one cleaner I really liked who was always punctual, fast and extremely thorough.  But she was rarely available so I finally gave up.  Most other cleaners were mediocre at best.  
One time there was a miscommunication and the cleaners were no-shows.  Once I contacted them, the company quickly got people out here to do the job even though they have been at another place all day.  Very responsive in that situation, and one of the girls that arrived did a very good job. 
The fact that I could never get the same GOOD cleaner on a regular basis is why I quit them in the end.  Their customer service is excellent, but the inconsistency in their cleaners (some were super slow and not very thorough) was too frustrating for me to continue using their service.

"Appointment setter was very friendly and helpful. Was told I would get a reminder call on Sunday night before Monday morning work. Reminder call came in on Friday night, one day after booking cleaning service. Cleaning crew did great job of cleaning house, but did not complete tasks requested. Specifically, asked for blinds to be cleaned and oven cleaned. Neither were completed. Cleaners were gruff and unfriendly, complained of how difficult the job was to complete. Would use company again, but will request different crew."
