"So very disappointed. I did not know that I needed to follow the two ladies around and tell them what to do. First, one lady cleaned my self-cleaning oven with oven cleaner. Yikes.....what a mess! Oven cleaner dripped on one spot and ate the finish away on my hardwood floors. The owner did offer a free cleaning but at that point I am so totally frustrated, why bother. Shower doors were not cleaned. The list goes on and on but I should not have to tell them how to clean a home. I have paid for a cleaning service and I expect experts to clean. I had to remind them to clean the mirrors."
