"Ross is a true professional contractor who cares about customer service. He shows up on time, uses email to communicate and send calendar invitations, and above all, is a perfectionist regarding the quality of his work. My job involved applying a polyaspartic coating over an existing fiberglass deck. The key to a good finish is thorough surface preparation. Ross and his helper donned respirators and spent an entire day abrading the deck surface and patching surface cracks. Afterward, they worked in freezing temperatures to apply the base coat, pvc chips and top coat with slip resistant particles. BTW, polyaspartic coatings can be applied down to -30 degrees, look great and are superior to epoxy. For fiberglass deck owners reading this review....go with the polyaspartic coating when it's time to resurface.....you will be happy you did! Upon completion of the job, Ross cleaned up the work area and my garage which was used over a 3 day period. After showing off his work, Ross kindly presented me with the final bill and warranty and left leaving my wife and I with a beautiful new deck to entertain and enjoy for many summers to come! I highly recommend Ross Lindy for anyone needing a fiberglass deck or garage coating.....you will not be disappointed!"

"Frank and his team did a fabulous job! From start to finish Frank was helpful and informative. His experience in the concrete business was a plus. The job was a major overhaul and the finished product adds both beauty and value to our property. D&D removed an exsisting brick sidewalk, bushes, grass and iron fencing. They prepared the site and poured on two separate days to allow full access for our tenants to the building. Frank made sure the area was safely barricades while the cement cured. "Owner Ray responded quickly for my estimate. Did job all in one day which confused me because he said he would chop concrete, put in frame then following day pour cement. My first clue that something was wrong is the job started out with 4 men and ended with 7 or 8. He wanted this job done in a hurry. When he was finished I noticed steps down from porch were slanted. He said when moisture is out of concrete it will settle. WRONG! It won't settle level. Then I told him bottom step was 12 inches high and other 2 steps were different sizes. I was very unhappy and told him so. He came back the next day cemented my walkway ( as he said "out of the goodness of his heart") this was done so he could bring my walkway up to meet the 12 inch step. Walkway has a big lump and steps are still not code height which is a safety issue. To make matters worse he saw that I have a disabled son that uses a walker. He was on the job, he should have seen all of these mistakes. In my opinion he wanted to get this job done fast. I am 70 and have been using these steps for the last week. My knee is killing me as when you climb the steps they are to high. Other people entering are telling me the same thing, steps are too high.
