"I hired them to help me renovate my home. They came prepared with tons of knowledge and experience! They handled all the drawing, engineering, and submittals. I got updated often on what was going on which I really liked."

"We signed a contract in Aug, 2025 ($6,618.50) to take our scaled drawings and put those into a CAD file so they could be stamped by a license architect. When I initially spoke to Evolution Drafting, I clearly stated that our building code department required Stamp Architect plans in order to receive our Certificate of Occupancy and needed these completed as quickly as possible. Over the 7 months, we never received a final plan that contained the certified architect stamp on every page as required and standard. We did receive a plan with a stamp on the initial page in December 2025 that contained a lot of errors and used outdated building codes. We found this out when we submitted the plans to the building department and they noted the errors. In December, I notified ED about the notes from the building department and they kept saying the arch. is MIA and non-responsive to their request. In March 2026, I ended my relationship with them and seeking a full refund for breech. "

"Beware of this architectural firm!!! Loads of promises without deliveries. I had the unfortunate experience with them and their fellow company they work hand and hand with Absolute Steel for a barndo. We agreed end of June to pay an extra $800 for the designs to be expedited. They failed with this. No sooner did we send $ and paid in FULL they assigned a spanish speaking architect in their firm with heavy dialect, very difficult to understand as Chris Yaeger went on vacation. After the zoom call for Schematic Design I received 2 options for design that were NOT in the least close to the discussion on zoom call. I sent an email to Greg, owner and his response he would look into it and NEVER heard from him again. The project sat til July 14, that is when 14 days was up! What she sent me was a sq footage in shop area from 1500-2000 to all the way up to 3600. Waste of more time.
