He pointed out many things that we had not noticed that needed attention and corrected them. Even corrected the area around a seam that needed to be flattened out to meet his critical eye. We never noticed it. He was on time for the appointment after we sent him the necessary pictures. He really cares about the quality of his work. He was very friendly, professional and provided extensive guidance so we wouldn't damage them at all again. We were even able to reach him after the session a couple of months later to get his recommendations on something else with no problem. We would highly recommend this company to refinish your expensive countertops."
