"My experience with Advanced Granite Solutions was great from the start. I found them on Angie's List and visited the store soon afterwards. I was able to view the granite slabs and spoke to Matt briefly while I was there. When Matt came to my house to measure my countertops, he remembered my name. I was impressed because there were many customers in the store the day I visited and my appointment was a week later. I received my quote the same day and I also scheduled my install. A few days before the installation date, I decided to add two additional cabinets to my kitchen. I contacted Matt via email and he told me that wasn't a problem and I should contact him when I was ready. I did a month later and my second measure and install date took place rather quickly. I also received the sale pricing from my initial quote. My countertops are beautiful and I cannot be more pleased with the service I received from AGS. "I’m delighted with my new kitchen. When I first started my search for a kitchen remodeler, I wanted one company that handled the entire process from design, cabinets, countertops, installation, electrical, and plumbing. American Kitchen Concepts fit that requirement. Dan Millard, owner of American Kitchen Concepts, helped me envision various layouts and options, before I ultimately decided upon the final design. He had many cabinet, countertop and hardware samples to choose from. He made the selection process easy and stress-free. At demolition, his crew was courteous and respectful. They cleaned up every evening and made sure dust was under control. When the cabinets were delivered, we were informed that two critical pieces were going to be delay by at least three weeks, which would have delayed the entire cabinet install. Dan recommended alternative pieces which provided the same storage capacity and preserved the original design look. He was able to have these new cabinet pieces delivered in three days and kept the project moving forward. We had a three-week vacation planned and trusted American Kitchen Concepts to continue with the project without our daily presence. Dan kept us informed of progress and when we returned our kitchen remodel was finished. Dan conducted a quality control visit and took care of any remaining issues. "The individuals from Baltimore's Best Tub Refinishing did some excellent short notice repairs on my master bath tub.  I noticed about a month ago that the tub was leaking down into our half bathroom, a floor below and within a week Bruce was able to set up a date with me to have a template made for the inlay, and have it installed two weeks later.  Since the crack wasn't where the inlay would be installed, the team also conducted a repair to the leak/crack area, and used foam to add increased support to the weak spot the crack occurred in.  Bruce contacted me himself to walk me through the process prior, and even sent a video of what the inlay would look like.  The install and repair only took a few hours and upon completion, the team gave direction on how to properly care for the new inlay and repair.

And ordering was simplified by the fact that they had a fairly complete package price, which unexpectedly included side splashes in addition to the backsplash. Everything went well with the installation. Steve and Matt did a professional job. They worked methodically and carefully. They were even up to the challenges of removing the old countertops and dealing with a frozen shut-off valve. The new St. Cecilia granite tops coordinate well with the existing colors in both bathrooms. Jeffress has a high quality product and we would definitely use their company again.
