"The technician arrived on time. The quotation was $125 for a window and screen cleaning job and the invoice was $150 but they didn't wash the screens. Not really impressed with the quality of the work they did. The technician was efficient. Also, I haven't received the invoice yet. I was supposed to get it by email."
