When you are ready for the work to be done, you will have access to our wardrobe racks, you wont be forced to have the clothes from your closets, laying across the guest bed until the tear out, painting and installation are complete. We also offer Irrigation repairs and service and water audits for your existing irrigation systems. We create our own Landscape Designs, including: Site plans, Master plans, Hardscape plans, Irrigation plans, Drainage plans, Planting plans, Lighting plans, Greywater system plans, Rainwater harvesting plans and more. We offer a complete Landscape Installation Department (services described below). We offer a full service Landscape Maintenance Department which services Residential and Commercial properties in the coastal regions of San Luis Obispo County. We currently have 12 employees and have been doing business in San Luis Obispo County for 21 years. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded by the State of California. We do all of our own work, except we sub out Stucco and Electrical (other than low voltage) to other licensed contractors. Cost for our services is determined by the job. We can do free estimates unless a Design is required first. We do charge for our Consultation or Design services as part of a complete Landscape Installation package. "HORRIBLE! Todd Davidson gauged the h*** out of me for $1000.00 and the project plan was not finalized. DON"T GIVE THIS MAN MONEY. He claims that you get 20 years experience at $125/hr, yet you get a new grad-1 year experience. I spoke to a lot of people who had the same experience. He is even known at local nurseries for gouging people. I should have researched more. He was rude, and very unprofessional. He doesn't even understand the true work involved- Todd is a scamming salesman and pays these new workers minimal while he skims the $100/hr off the top. Another Landscaper I found-many years of hands on design experience,highly recommended- charged me nothing for a 2 hour consult, told me what I could or couldn't do and some serious flaws in Sage's design ideas that would cause eventual erosion if done as Sage suggested. He would not even let me pay him for his time. RUN AWAY from Sage"
