"I had a great experience moving within town using Moving of America. Compared to other companies I called when I was starting to look into my move, this company was the most professional and attentive to what I needed. Since my move was coming together at the last minute, I was happy to get my quote over the phone instead of waiting for someone to visit me like they offered. We were able to set up a video chat, go through my entire home, and get a detailed offer, and do a full review of it all within an hour. The entire process was handled by Joey who was very patient and informative. Move day I had a great team; the head of the team was Kelvin. He was a nice hardworking guy, who was super reasonable and made sure to communicate with me while working and set up the new space how I wanted. The company makes a phone call the day before the move and during the move two times to keep you on the same page, but it did feel to be a bit much. Better safe than sorry, I guess. Overall, I think it went as well as possible and would recommend them!"

"Dealing with Optimum Moving LLC was very easy especially during a stressful time, such as a move. The contact person, Carlos was very understanding and helpful with the initial appointment set up. Johan, Walter, and Emilo were the three men who moved all of my things, seemingly with ease even though there was a lot of things. They packaged the furniture so well with moving blankets and cardboard, there were no issues with damage to any of the items. No damage was done to either home. The move occurred on Halloween and they navigated this large moving truck through a crowded neighborhood and dealt with the crowds professionally. They even finished ahead of the estimated time. It was a pleasure working with these gentlemen and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional moving company. I have passed their information along to my realtor so she can recommend them to her future clients as well."

"The efforts of the movers who packed up my home went well; After speaking to Eli, I opted for the services that grouped my items for an interstate move, that stated items would arrive between 8-10 business days of the earliest move in date; after giving the date, it required several calls to coordinate the actual day. The second set of movers arrived at the appointed time then angled for a tip stating that there was an elevator charge of $300 (would it have been better to use the stairs to a 4th floor apt). Two small incidents with the move in-2 pieces of furniture were damaged, which I filed with the moving company, 3 months later no word on that claim, and, the movers failed to wash their hands after using my bathroom. Going forward, To have better control over the delivery and quality of work of the move effort, on both ends, I found it easier to coordinate the 3 phases of packing, moving and unpacking on my own; and hopefully I will see the funds from the insurance claim."
