"Our bathrooms and kitchens needed a complete remodel.  SSC and crews started with the bathrooms and removed all of the old fixtures and completely remodeled the showers, tubs, sinks, tile and fixtures. They did a thorough job and were very concerned with our job satisfaction.  The owner, Mike, was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and easily made adjustments to the original plan as we made adjustments.  When the bathrooms were complete, we were very pleased and moved ahead with the kitchen.  He did a total remodel there as well.  New appliances, counter tops, tile, cabinets, additional storage and lighting.  He worked with our plans, made excellent suggestions, and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time and within budget.  We also added other jobs to the original contract such as a new patio and deck.  We mentioned a needed sea wall repair and not surprisingly, he was well qualified for that job as well.  He repaired the sea well promptly and did a fantastic job.  Our house looks brand new and we are very pleased!  I highly recommend Southern States Construction for any job, small or large."

"Ambiance Landscape arrived promptly (7:30am) on the morning they began work. This is my third french drain I have had Ambiance install for me. They hand dug the sod due to sprinkler lines. Installed the french drain and relaid the sod. Did a very good job. <br /> <br /> Next they set up a very old, antique, stone fountain which consisted of 3 pieces. Ambiance dug out a rose bush and other vegetation in order to place the fountain in the corner of my backyard. They set the fountain on stepping stone and made sure it was balanced correctly. Since I did not want to hook it up as a fountain, they drilled holes in the large area where the water would collect for me to use as a place to plant ivy, etc. <br /> <br /> Adjusted my sprinkler heads; set time for sprinkler to turn on and set length of time each zone should run. <br /> <br /> I have used Ambiance Landscape for many, many years and have always been very pleased with their professionalism and willingness to help me in all aspects of my projects."

Clearly he did not want to do the work, quoted high hourly rate for landscaping with no indication of outcome for money, and $40k for erosion control. Rec’d a quote from another company for same erosion control for $4k."

After dealing with a dirt driveway for over 12 years, I wanted to have a concrete driveway poured instead of like everyone else in the neighborhood, have asphalt put down. I contacted B&B  and they came out and gave me an estimate that was spot on. They did everything I needed to have done.
