Once the job started there was no followup with us by Fiderio's office - except to ask for progress payments. The job was estimated at 1-2 weeks but took 4 weeks - mainly because they didn't have all of the materials when the job started. Painters had to repaint nearly everything because they mistakenly used flat finish paint and we requested satin finish."
