He also let me know when he was leaving LV to come out to my place. That is unheard of with companies here. He gave me a very competitive quote with options. He arrived on time the next day and prepared to accomplish the required jobs. He warm, receptive person who is willing and knowledgeable to answer all electrical concerns I had.
