It costs a certain amount of money to bring a technician, truck and supplies to every job, no matter what the size.\n\nFor JCS, that minimum charge is $55.00. \n\nIICRC Standards require dry vacuuming, pre-spotting, pretreatment of carpet fibers, hot water extraction cleaning, application of protector, if requested, and grooming of the carpet. \n\nSpots such as red stains, rust and printer inks etc … require additional treatment above and beyond basic cleaning. The cost of these services is $5 per square foot. If the stains can be removed over time can tell.\n\n\nThis cleaning is priced based on the amount of time and material required.
