He performed the grading and installed a French drain system. He then layed sod throughout my yard and provided several weeks of treatment until the new sod was established. There were constant delays with the project and they didn't do the final protion of the project. We were supposed to have a wet sealer put on to finish the porch/sidewalk which we ended up doing ourselves because he would not get back to us."
