Both were handled perfectly with excellent communication. I don’t know what is typical but the sod from Jay’s supplier seems very clean to me. A month after installation I’ve seen only 3 or 4 small weed sprouts from 6,000 sq. ft. of sod. Owing to outstanding site preparation there’s also been almost no breakthrough of preexisting weeds."
