(I was supposed to get an estimate on that job a couple of days after Sam finished the initial work and I never heard back from either of them!). My only critique was that he didn't stay in contact with me, and before he started I had to call him and ask if he still wanted the job. I do want to reiterate that the quality of Sam's work was excellent, the work was completed quickly, the cost was very fair, clean-up was good and he was easy to work with. I would recommend him.
