The owner Saul has in a short period of time come in and trim fruit trees properly, replaced sprinklers thatched and rejuvenated my lawns among other things and I have never had to ask him to do this or that. He and his crew always show up on time when theyâ re supposed to , do what they need to do in a very professional way. I highly recommend them."

I hired LB janitorial, and they cleaned things so well! In a small area where the original cleaners had cleaned, LB Janitorial found a whole bag of gross junk! Every room smells and look great! They cleaned the bathrooms so well! I will be having them come back to do the outside windows!"

Ivan and his assistant arrived on time and did a great job. The lawn had not been dethatched in years and it showed. Ivan made several passes with his machine, and in couple hours time had my lawns dethatched and the excess thatch stowed in the recycle. I found Ivan and the work he performed for me to be quite satisfactory. Ivan is very personable and quite the professional ...I found the prices that he charged fair and reasonable.
