"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. "Dan Molnar tested me shortly after I messaged through Angie's list. Very courteous. Within a few days i had a quote that was better than I had expected. A little over 4 weeks later and everything is done and to a level of quality that honestly exceeded my expectations. The crew who did the concrete were polite and professional, the slab is smooth (they apologized for it not being better- the weather wasn't great but it looks perfect to me) and they cleaned up everything- including excess concrete piles. Their carpenter built custom doors for the previously unfinished and irregular entrance and they are of very good quality down to the hardware. I have dealt with many contractors before and without exaggeration this is the best company I have ever dealt with. I recommend them highly."

After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help.
