At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. Tree was cut down and part of the trunk was cut into huge logs, one of which rolled down and damaged my property WHILE they were there (he didn't tell me)!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. "piece of s*** company and thieves on april 6th requested service the contractor never showed up. Contractor kept texting he's on his way and marks on the app he's arrived and work is started. I contact Angi and tell them no one is here they confirm he never showed and said I would not be billed and after repeatedly trying to charge my card 2 mos later they take the money. I call them to tell them and the d*** service agent is laughing with co workers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE."

"Service provider stated that she will charge $800 for her labor and be able to complete the work agreed to from 3/14/24 to 3/15/24 but was unable to complete the job. The job included soundproofing the open basement ceiling areas, finishing/ enclosing the ceiling with drywall and molding and installing panel doors in laundry area in basement as well as put plywood/ drywall to enclose open space next to the basement laundry area. She worked on the ceiling part on 3/14, 3/15 and 3/18 instead. She send a message at 9:32pm on 3/18 saying “I can’t do any more”. She then got upset when we questioned the botched workmanship in the ceiling which was incomplete and left in a haste without discussing anything else with us. She did not say anything about paying her, fixing the damaged HVAC hose, cleaning the areas she worked in or if she will come back to complete the job verbally. Instead she threatened to put a lien on our home. She damaged part of the HVAC airflow as well as totally left the floors full of debris. As well as left the adjourning bedroom unclean and full of left over building supplies. The job was not completed and it looks totally botched. We would like to have the HVAC hose that she damaged repaired or replaced as it may be disrupting airflow and in turn possible raise our heat bill in the meantime. We would like to be partially charged or not charged at all for this job as it has not only totally inconvenienced us, it was botched and also incomplete. This job will need to be totally redone and I paid for building supplies which was in access to $1000 which I would like to be reimbursed for. We would also like to have the area that is now filthy and scattered with debris and the building supplies used cleaned."
