"From my initial contact with this company it was a pleasure, Carol and Linda were polite, helpful and patient. My project took 3 days and was not an easy one, my home is a 100 year old craftsman. The first day was of course uneasy, not knowing what to expect and anticipating the worst, Uriel (leadman) made me feel comfortable and discussed with me what was going to happen. He listened to what I wanted and/or expected and assured me we were going to get through this. He was in constant contact with me either by phone or in person, keeping me updated on any issues, changes or concerns (there were a few). Every step of the way I felt comfortable with him at the helm, his co-workers, Francisco, Rick and Gerald were courteous, gracious and hard working. I don't think I heard one curse word or negative comment, their professionalism should be noted. Every evening they cleaned up and Uriel explained to me what the running total was for the day and what they planned to do the next day . Even with this extensive re-wire there were very few holes to repair, they made a point to keep them at a minimum, which I appreciated. This team went above and beyond the call of duty, I would highly recommend them for small and especially large jobs. "Excellent. John set to work right away. He worked very fast and was very knowledgeable. He determined a baseboard heater needed replacement and gave options to choose. He had a very complex task with a porch light the had no power only to find the circuit was dead and found a light fixture that was miswired and had burned the insulation off the wire. He repaired it . finding the problem required getting into the attic crawl space to trace where the wires went. I was grateful he found and fixed it as it was dangerous."
