"Ricardo Gallegos responded quickly to my request to bid on a low slope PVC membrane roof repair. His bid was reasonable and clear, better than several other companies. The Job: My roof was installed incorrectly around the chimney by the original installer which caused the decking underneath to rot out. Ricardo repaired the roof in September 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025 after several very rainy days and am happy to say the job is holding up very well! "Jon and his crew came highly recommended from our friends and neighbors, and they are the best contractors I've ever worked with. We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we've seen, and he's just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers. That's the kind of contractor I want on my side and I cannot recommend him enough."
