They returned and installed a new patio slider, replaced exterior skirting and painted the exterior. They just finished replacing a kitchen wall, subflooring and new floor tiles. and painting the kitchen. The place looks so great, the wife and I are rethinking selling. He walled off a second door to access the bathroom, ripped out old tile, and put down new tile and installed a new vanity. Very happy with the finished product.
