"Shannon was punctual, very respectful of all of our questions. He did not rush us in any way. He was very knowledgeable and took many pictures and explained, so we could understand, what was needed and why. He sent a text the day prior to starting the job, letting me know what time he would arrive. He was there at that time, and kept us informed of what was going throughout the entire process. He would even let us know when they were leaving for lunch and when they returned each day. He estimated the job to take 3-4 days and it was completed in that time frame. They leveled the ground, removed all trash and cleaned up very nicely. The estimate given was the exact amount charged. He again took pictures of the finished progress and answered all of my questions. He took the time to show me a problem area on my porch that needed caulking or mortar to prevent water getting in under the house. He even hooked up some ducts that had come loose, at no additional charge. He also repaired part of a seal plate that wasn't on the estimate. He definitely went above and beyond, for sure! He offers a veterans discount and respects and honors our nations heros, as they deserve! I wish more businesses would do this! I will definitely hire Shannon again if I need any further work. "The technician was on time and professional. He climbed up on the roof and examined it. He reported that there was no damages, but a couple of shingles needed repair. He repaired the loose shingles for no charge This service gave me great confidence in the firm. I would use them in the future."

"They were responsive, returned calls, scheduled when it was convenient, showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up. It was expensive but it is worth it. The floor looks great, is easy to clean. No more crumbling pitted concrete."

"What they do is, if you have a basement or a garage (in our case, a garage wall) that's underground that looks like it's starting to cave in, they drill holes in the wall and put these big plates on the inside and then put in a big rod through. And they did hole on the outside, about five feet deep, and put plate out there and then tightens those up so that it pulls up the wall back into place. It anchors the wall. The quality of the work was very good and pricing was good. Friendliness of the guys and professionalism was good as well. The only difficulty we had was sometimes in terms of scheduling; we had a big blizzard on then day they were originally scheduled to do that and obviously we didn't expect them to do it that day, but they didn't call which might be okay because the mayor even told people not to go to work. That was on a Wednesday, but we didn't hear anything even on Thursday and Friday or even the following week. They called about three in the afternoon on Thursday the week after that and said they were going to do it the next day, which made it a little difficult in terms of making sure we had somebody here except for the fact that this was between Christmas and New Year's and that was the only reason we made it. It wasn't a major problem, but I would have just wanted them to be a little more proactive in terms of scheduling."
