"The guys were punctual, very polite, and extremely helpful. The work went smoothly and quickly. We will use them again for any electrical work."

"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

"I had several outlets not working. When they came to see what the problem was they were very professional and explained the issue in terms I could understand. They quoted the price and I was amazed that the cost was so low. Not only did I hire them for the job, they brought a crew in right away and within a few hours everything was done and working. They didn't leave until they were sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend them for any electrical repair work. I have their phone number in my phone and I won't call anyone else for electrical work."

"The Knee’s Electrical crew did an awesome job with the installation of a whole house generator. They got the job done earlier than expected and were very professional and courteous."

"Ken did a large project for us in Westfield including a complete master bath remodel, installation of floors in 3 rooms, and a ceramic tile full kitchen backsplash. He was always punctual, communicated very well, was personable and a pleasure to work with. He pays attention to detail and does high quality work. He was able to complete every part of the project without subcontracting any part of it. Ken gave us a timely quote and even met with us in person to go over it. He was able to start and finish the entire project quickly and for a great price. He even helped us with an unrelated emergency repair needed a day before Christmas. Highly recommend him and his company."

"Used this company previously and again it was a pleasure from beginning to end. I would give him 10 Stars if I could. Referred William to a close friend of mine and she was just as pleased. We both sleep better during our bad Florida thunderstorms. A friend of mine lost their home due to lightning. They got out just in time couldn’t save anything but their lives barely. I urge all to install lightning rods."
