"I booked these people to come out and clean my mothers carpet while she was in the hospital. They assured me they would be here to clean the carpets on Monday. They never showed up but my mother was released from the hospital. So I had to keep her at my house. They never notified me they were not showing up. Not a phone call not a text. I had to call them to find out they were on the other side of the state and would not be here today. They guarantee they would be here the next day, and again they did not arrive. I called the pro number was cut off. So then I called home advisor and they basically told me to just arrange for the carpets to be done by somebody else while my mother waited at my house because her house was tore up waiting for the carpets to be done. They offered just a $10 discount on another company when they should have offered half price. I am disgusted."

One person of the crew operated the steam cleaner while the other used appropriate brushes and cleaners to hit the stains and problem areas. I was very happy with the results, and the tile and grout on 1st floor were really well cleaned. It took most of the morning to clean about 3000 square feet."

We use all truck mounted equipment. We clean carpet, upholstery, tile & grout. All of our crews are well trained and in uniform. We do background checks on all of our employees
"They destroyed 3 large handmade wool rugs. Color gone. Mold and mildew. Horrible smell. They were Rude. Keep lying about delivery when they knew they destroyed the rugs. We had to throw away all three large expensive rugs. They were nice before the rugs got demolished [“your rugs are absolutely beautiful” “these are expensive rugs” “we want to make sure they dry naturally” etc.]. They dragged it out as long as we (gullible clients) took it, and demand the return of our rugs. That’s when they got ugly. They were absolutely unprofessional, Un polite…extremely rude “NASTY”. They finally sent the demolished, molded, almost rotten rugs that were clearly rolled and tied for a long time (at least a week), while they kept claiming they’re not quite dry yet. RUN….don’t walk away from these people. I think they’re scammers."

White cupboards not washed down food spots on lower cabinets. Not impressed at all. The two women were very pleasant and arrived on time cleaning time was 3 hours and 10 minutes. Expected better as my home was picked up and uncluttered.. ready for them. Paid 175 plus a twenty dollar tip. This was prior to seeing completed job"
