"Frankie responded immediately to my request for an estimate. He walked the roof, took pictures, and explained his estimate using the pictures. He also showed me samples of the shingles and other materials he would be using. Another company said they would never go on the roof without permission and used some sort of imaging and thought part of my roof was flat (it is not) then gave me a very high estimate. My brother-in-law, who has his own construction business, looked at the three bids I got for my roof and said go with Frankie Contractor, LLC., the estimate looks good and the price is fair. Frankie kept in contact about the day his company would come to replace my roof. The crew was quiet, respectful, and hard-working and completed the job in a day. The new roof looks great with Timberline shingles. Clean-up was good. If I had any complaint at all it would be that there are shingles and roof dirt in my attic and I am not sure why or how it got inside the house. Recently my shingle warranty arrived in the mail so Frankie went full circle and completed the job by doing what needed to be done to register the job with the shingle company for the warranty. Frankie made the chore of getting a new roof easy. It was a pleasure to work with him!"

"They work quickly and do great work. They removed 2 layers of roof and decking on an upper and lower roof. They installed new decking for 95 percent of the roof and cleaned up all in one day. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I love that there are warranties for both the parts and the service. I can rest knowing that we should not have any issues with our roof - and if we do, we can call Home Genius. They may cost more than what others will quote, but it is worth it. We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."
