"We shopped around for contractors to put tile in our home.  After a few calls, we were called by the office manager at Total Imagery Tile, she was very personable and asked numerous questions.  Our estimate went smoothly, followed by a professional estimate, and a letter to inform us on the company itself.  There were 3 estimates higher then this company, and 1 lower. We booked the job and as the time came closer, Donna made sure our tile was ordered and in for delivery.  Mike showed up on time everyday and stayed on the job till 5 every night.  With the amount of Square feet, we were told that it could take up to 2 1/2 weeks to be completed, but this company took 6 days total and even worked with us as we still had to live in the house.  They did one bathroom at a time, and half the hall at a time so we could still stay in the house.  Mike helped us move some heavy furniture that my husband was unable to move.  When it came time for the kitchen to be done, he moved the fridge, stove, and dishwasher with such care.  After the tile was completely set and grouted, I thought there would be a huge mess to clean up.  I was surprised at how clean they left my home. The dust that was left was not much and he warned us at the begining that there may be some and to cover things. I was given a sheet on how to care for our floors once Mike was done, and Donna called to make sure that we were pleased with the work.  We told them we wanted to do our showers down the road, and they told us that we would recieve a discount.  I felt comfortable having Mike in our home. He is a true professional, and informed us the plans for each day of the project.  At night he made sure that all was cleaned up from the days work.  Every morning he met with us and asked how we like it so far, and if we had any concerns.  We have had tile installed in many homes, and this was the first time that everything went smoothly, and was finished before the actual deadline.  We have not had any cracking in the grout, like we did a month after the last tile project.  We are also pleased with the 2 year warranty that is offered."

"The yard clean up went ok. Took a couple of weeks and had to call to find out when he was going to finish the work. Exterior painting of a rental property: his crew (or subs) did a good job painting the house and trim. The crew (two guys) did all but the front door, which was left unpainted for weeks. Timothy finally said he was going over to paint the door, then texted that he was going out of town and the guys would do it. Last I heard from him for weeks. Then he called, emailed and texted "Where's my money? I've been done for a long time" Well, I never pushed about when he was going to finish, and he never let me know he finished. I called him back to say I would send the final payment asap, could I get some pictures of the place (I live in another state) to confirm the work. He acted like this was a big deal. I finally got him to agree to send a few pictures. This job took two months. His crew did most of the painting and they did a good job. The front door, which I think Timothy did is very poorly done. I had left instructions to open the door so it could be painted easy and professionally. It looks like the door was opened, but not done professionally. Trim wasn't completed paint so old paint is showing, paint is on the rubber edging in lots of place (looks like not taped off at all) and the door is spotty."

"I did contact them via Angie's List. The gentleman finally came out about a month or so later after I found them and initially contacted them over Angie's List, I guess my request for a consult got lost. He was very professional. They sent someone out to do a price quote and the price they quoted me was basically $450 for a month or for a year to keep the lawn maintained and stuff like that. Keep the weeds controlled, the whole bit. I know the amount discussed was $450 but I can't remember if that was monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually. The estimate was free, I paid nothing for the estimate, they did not charge for the estimate. The gentleman came out and he asked me what I wanted specifically what my landscaping needs were. I said this is what I need basically someone to do lawn maintenance and we discussed back and fourth what they provided, what they didn't do or what additional services they could provide if necessary or I requested them That was discussed I was given a written estimate that was good for I think 3 months at the time but I Can't remember if the quote given to me at that price was as I said, for a month, or quarterly. I'm living on like a quarter of an acre lot. They were the only one that was local to me that I contacted. The price based on the fact that they don't have any competitors around here locally I would have to say B. Based on the estimate I would say a solid B for quality without any competition I haven't much experiencer to compare them to anybody else."

"Tucson Professional Landscape did an excellent job extending our driveway with pavers. They had done one half of our circular driveway a couple years ago and now we wanted to complete the circle. The transition from old to new is transparent. We can't tell the difference between the old and new parts! Eddie Lamdan is our contact and he did an excellent job at designing the shape and keeping within our budget. He added curves in the transitions between driveway and sidewalk that look great."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Tombstone, AZ

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
