They had my plumbing all screwed up with new appliance installation including an ice maker and dish washer. Nothing was working and my water was turned off due to a leak some where. Jason was done before I had a chance to sit down, then turned around and finished installing my range all under two hours. When he told me what I owed him, I almost laughed. He is worth EVERY penny. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"DreamStyle Remodeling Does not Honor Their Lifetime Warranty Representation On January 20, 2025 we started to call DreamStyle’s customer service to request help repairing the shower we purchased in 2019 that came with a “lifetime warranty”. During a shower some of the parts from the shower fell into the shower floor. This is something we did not know how to put back together. When my husband called the customer service number, he was quickly transferred to another phone number. It always rolled over to voice mail. Over the course of a week, he left 3 messages. The following Monday he again called the customer service number in both Phoenix and Albuquerque and requested to talk to a supervisor regarding not receiving call backs from messages. A supervisor was not available at either site, but he was assured by both that he would receive a call back that day. Three days later and we have not received a call back from anyone. We have now reached the conclusion that we are being intentionally ghosted and there is no intention of honoring the warranty. If you are looking at a shower remodel do not use DreamStyle if you want a company that honors their warranty."

"I had a horrible experience with Temperature Control. My AC stopped working on July 3rd 2023, I hired Temperature Control to diagnose the issue. I already suspected it was the blower fan motor, and Tony the Tech from Temperature Control confirmed my suspicion. However, he made it sound like a nightmare, claiming it was a rare "legacy" part that would be extremely difficult and expensive to obtain. He even went so far as to say he couldn't provide an accurate estimate. After disappearing into his truck, Tony returned with what he called "4 options" for me, each with shockingly high prices ranging from $2,186.43 to a staggering $21,874. The fixed included a $701.55 charge to clean the blower wheel. As if that wasn't enough, he then tried to convince me to purchase a completely new AC system, persisting for about 30 minutes. Seeing through their tactics, I told them I needed time to think and sent them away. Refusing to be taken advantage of, I decided to call another company for a second opinion. They promptly examined my AC and fixed the issue for a mere $560, which included a simple cleaning of the blower wheel using a basic hose. I asked the other company if it was a hard blower motor to obtain and they stated that it was the most common motor. In my opinion, Temperature Control operates in bad faith, preying on people in vulnerable situations. Their attempt to exploit my urgent need for AC repair by proposing exorbitant prices and pushing unnecessary replacements is utterly despicable. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and seek more honest and reputable alternatives."
