We were originally referred to you by our neighbors at Silver Lake, NY, Patrick & Julie Bausch, 4112 Lakeside Ave., Silver Lake, NY 14549, on whose home you did a window replacement project, a few years ago. First, let me say that your Sales Representative, Michael Whaley, was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the features of the OKNA windows. From the beginning of his presentation, we were impressed with his understanding of the product, thorough discussion of its operation, and we were very pleased when he got to the price for our project. We are also very pleased with the products; triple-pane windows by OKNA, replacement shutters, replacement gable vents and replacement rear entry door. We are already appreciating the heat-deflecting effect of the low-E glass in the window units. The “new” appearance of our home, at each window, is pleasing, and it blends in well with our existing exterior siding and trim and our interior paint schemes. Most importantly, however, I want to take this opportunity to say that we were extremely impressed with your crew, Bill Sr. & Bill Jr. Quagiata, assisted on one day by Scotty & Paul. The Quagliatas were very professional; on-time, careful and thorough in their work and very accommodating to our questions and concerns, throughout the project. They were all meticulous in their workmanship, especially when some of the prescribed (20+) openings in our thirty-seven year old home had deteriorated, or weren’t quite “square”. Each of these very competent professionals went out of his way to ensure that everything was done perfectly. "We just had Scarpone and Sons replace our roof in the middle of winter!! They chose the perfect day to rip off the existing roof and replace it in a little over a day. Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! I highly recommend them to do YOUR roof. In fact we recommended them to a couple that were thinking of replacing their roof."

"Very pleased with the repairs and painting of my deck. Looks like new again. Two young men worked non- stop out in the boiling sun and were very meticulous about finishing the project correctly. They replaced rotten boards, sanded and scraped the entire deck and gave the deck two coats of paint. I will definitely be using them for future projects."

They were very meticulous ensuring the debris was removed from the lawn in addition to adequately addressing solutions to a number tasks requiring skill and knowledge to get the job done right. I appreciate all of the fine detail work that was accomplished of the siding as well as installation of new light fixtures, water spigots, window treatments, and wrap around of the heat pump fixtures and fan. Work on the backyard shed was also flawless with new metal roofing and siding. Additionally, a new customized roll up garage style door was professionally done."

"We bought and had installed a front door with side lights and top window. Jason was the sales rep and seemed competent and friendly enough. Estimated installation date was 7/9/19, but the door did not get installed until 7/25. It was not a big problem to us, but I do expect a company to do what they say they will. The installers, Gary and Bobby we excellent! They were both friendly, and very competent! They said they would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 AM, and arrived at 7:20! Very prompt! The install went well - and they were complete and all cleaned up by about 12:30 PM. I would do business with this company in the future, and would recommend them to anyone. They are not cheap, but I hope the quality will justify it."

"I hired Jim to install 2 security storm doors. Right at the onset he responded promptly in all of our communications, he was very courteous and polite. Initially we had a miscommunication because of bugs in this app ( we are limited in our ability to send a full message through the app) be that as it may, we figured it out and was back on course in no time. Jim showed up on time as he said he would. He completed the work within several days of starting the job. I am very please with the work he and his son did."
