"This is the second time we've used Colin - He replaced out old wood fence with Vinyl a couple years ago (fantastic job) so we hired him for a new fence project in a different spot on our property. He was prompt, kept us u to date on progress with pictures since we were out of town, and completed the job on time. Our new fence is perfect. I highly recommend Sadler Fence!!"

"Sam, the owner, was excellent. Quick reponse and great communication. We needed our chain link taken out on the left and right side with a new wood fence build/install. Also a functioning gate by our side door. Not an easy task. But he was able to build us a BEAUTIFUL new fence/gate in just a weekend. Highly recommend."

"Patrick is friendly, professional, and trustworthy. And as I am a woman alone, my mind was set at ease. He made sure the blinds were installed correctly and in working order and disposed of the old blinds and cleaned up. He will return to change out a replacement for one that arrived damaged. I showed him other jobs for the future and he told me how they need to be done and gave me estimates. I will definitely hire Patrick for the other jobs. Highly recommend."

"Ed repaired the staircase newel posts, balusters and railings taking great care to preserve the wood finishes. He was able identify the carpentry errors and safety issues in the work left undone by the previous contractor. Without disparaging the previous contractor, he professionally pointed out what needed to be done and provided detailed steps to complete the project with a timeline for completion. All work was completed as described. We are very impressed with Ed?s carpentry work, attention to safety details and the cost of the project which was done in 2 days. We definitely recommend him if you looking for a personable professional!"

"Fence is great!!! Installation was fast and easy... works with pet and owners to make sure you full understand everything. Highly recommended!!"

"The new fence is beautiful. It took a while for the materials to come in but the fence was installed in an afternoon."

"I had an excellent experience with SZ Home Construction?. They completed the chimney maintenance, cleaning, and painting professionally and at a very reasonable price. The work was finished on time, and the quality exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and respect for cleanliness ? they cleaned the entire area thoroughly after finishing the job, leaving everything neat and organized. Their team was polite, calm, and very easy to deal with. They worked smoothly and quietly without creating unnecessary noise or disturbance, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I also appreciated their professional and legal payment process through bank checks, which added an extra level of trust and reliability. I highly recommend SZ Home Construction? to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality home service work."

"We were so pleased with the quality of Bobs work and how promptly he completed it. After Bob and his helper installed the first 6 fence panels, we realized that we needed/wanted 2 additional panels. Bob came right back and within a couple of days the job was completed and it looks great! We actually already hired him for another project and plan to recommend him to others."
