"Junk King Kansas City were great. The best help I’ve had in this massive house clear-out and cleanup ahead of an estate sale and sale of the house. They came to remove five refrigerators (from three floors), three stoves, a washer and dryer from the basement, three large chairs (two from the third floor), a window air conditioner from the third floor, and several other large and heavy objects. They sent seven men and three trucks, for this job that was not even a full load for one truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They had everything out in less than thirty minutes, and they cleaned up after themselves. While they were here, they also moved an old pump organ from a landing on the stairway down to the first floor and put it right where I wanted it, even though this was not part of the job. All of this, at a bit less than half of the other two bids I got. I’ve asked them to come back, not to remove anything, but just to help move some things around the house prior to the estate sale. No problem, they can do that. Just call them when I’m ready for that step. These guys are great."

"I'm the manager of that Pro Lube of America, we have been in business for a very long time.. today March 13th 2023 the trash service arrived and I asked him to lift the dumpster once and then allow us to put in half of one of our trash cans and then lift it one more time. The driver immediately asked me for a free oil change as if it was equivalent..... you're talking a 4 gallon oil change for hitting a button two extra times. I did not have another dumpster for him to dump just half a trash cans worth, I have a car wash to maintain. I do not appreciate being treated very rudely by the driver just for asking for a small favor and we were going to put the dumpster away and close the dumpster enclosure for him if he did that for us. Instead he popped off with attitude about him getting a free oil change when the oil alone for that truck cost at least $80, not including the oil filter or the service"

"This company was pretty good as Defenbaugh, but when Waste Management took over, service has plummeted. This company is trash (pun intended). We had a long-standing (10+ years) arrangement for our pickup to be prior to 8 am because of a small parking lot. For years and years it worked perfectly. The Waste Management took over. They now come at any time of day. If any cars are nearby, they skip, then want to charge us an extra pickup to do the job they were hired for. Customer “service” is very, very nice and totally ineffective, never delivering on their promises. If an alternative comes up in Overland Park for commercial trash pickup, we want it. Avoid if at all possible."
