"Premiere was absolutely amazing! Carlos did two projects for us - coating our house roof with silicone and coating our office building with silicone. He was so thoughtful and did such a careful job. The pipes coming out of the roof often develop cracks over the years so they double-coated them to make sure they were solid. One of the things my wife is particular about is cleanup after the job. They came in afterwards and pressure washed our deck and cleaned the pool to remove any debris so everything was spotless. Part of the quote is to come in once a year for three years and inspect the roof so we are confident everything will remain in good shape. AND they were very reasonable! I can't recommend Carlos and his crew more highly."
