"A little miscommunication on the start date but the crews worked very efficiently and quickly. Was expecting it to take longer but they got the new fence up in short order. My dogs were VERY glad to have their yard back! Still missing the caps for the posts (backordered) and two of the latches only would lock from the outside. Was told they would replace them with an alternate latch but not heard back yet on either issue."

"I called a couple of guys. Everybody was busy, including Heartland. They all said they'd get there In a day or two. Heartland called back and said they had some time that afternoon. Should be there around 2:00. <br /> He (sorry, didn't get his name - I got the feeling he owned the company) came by as expected. Took one look and saw the problem. He fixed it in like no time, adjusted a couple of things and was done. <br /> He didn't charge me; I got the feeling it just wasn't worth writing it up.
