"After receiving several quotes for our bathroom renovations project my husband and I decided to go with Creative Home Remodeling. Their quote was competitive and the project manager Ben Sviri made us feel comfortable that he really understood our vision and was capable of executing it for us. Upon starting with demolition all the way through the finished project it was smooth and done in a timely manner. There was some additional water damage that was found after demo which included extra work which was understandable. Ben worked with us on price and we were grateful that the work was being done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately our home was renovated by the previous owner and not done to standard or code. But we feel at ease now knowing the work done by Creative Home Remodeling was done efficiently. Each step of our reno was inspected and passed by the city. Every question or concern we had was answered quickly by Ben and I felt satisfied that he took great care to handle them. Overall the project took about 6 weeks even with the extra work that was needed. Each contractor that worked on each step of the reno was respectful of our home and efficient with their work. I was thoroughly impressed at the speed and care at which they worked each skill. From demo, plumbing, electrical, tiling, paint, etc., it was all done wonderfully. The end project is a completely different bathroom and we love it so much. It turned out beautiful and we are so happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Creative Home Remodeling and plan on using them again for future projects."

"We used Stone Age Design to remodel the kitchen in our 1980's error condo. They did the entire demolition, tile work, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, lights, appliance installation and finishing and they were fantastic. The quality of the build is really top notch, and the level of detail was exacting. I can't imagine doing another renovation without Lou and his crew. I should also mention how professional they were. The crew was polite, helpful, kind, and understanding of any concerns or requests; we really loved them. Lou does things by the book, and won't cut corners, so don't be surprised if the occasional extra item shows up, particularly if you have an older home. "I got their name from a friend who was very happy with their kitchen remodel. I hired them to remodel a rental home. They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances. If you want a stress free , great job I would hire them in a heart beat."
