The house is part asbestos, part stucco and part wood. Wilber's painters did a magnificent job paying very close attention to each and every detail. Wilber's replaced rotted wood. Wilber's repaired damaged areas. The painters evenly, thoughtfully and generously applied the paint to the house in painstaking detail. The painters were friendly, kind and professional. They arrived on time every day and left the house in adequate condition. They made sure that we could return daily to the house after they were finished. After the job was completed, James returned to oversee the job and had his team return the following day to do some minor touch up. I would definitely recommend and use them again. We had the whole house painted roughly 2500 square feet."

"Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."

"I was very surprised at how expensive it would be to paint my condo since the square footage was only 1,199. The living room had cathedral ceilings and there were some dark colors used from the previous owner. I was told because of the dark colors and high ceiling, it would take several coats of paint to cover it and a primer would have to be used. I also wanted to use Benjamin Moore, which I know is more expensive. I needed to have it painted right away. I decided to have the job done by PM Quality painting because they were very professional and I had read the reviews. It went very well. I was told it would be finished in 3 or 4 days, but it was finished in two days because they had extra help. I was extremely happy with the outcome. There were no issues and the cleanup was terrific. They took the extra time to do the caulking where it was needed and to patch up any holes in the wall. It was expensive, but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend them again."

"After I called, Jose came over to look at the deck the next day and gave his recommendations. He explained that after the power-washing, the deck need to be completely dried before sanding, so rainy days will push out the work. Paint should be applied when the deck is not excessively hot. My deck is exposed to the sun most of the day, so hot sunny days are also bad days for the last part of the job. I appreciate the information ahead of time, so I know what to expect. The job could not start for several weeks because of hurricane weather or days with strong sun. Once we have a stretch of good-weather days, Jose started the job and completed within days. He cleaned up the debris after every visit. The deck was in bad shape and it looks great now, hopefully for many years to come."
