"For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best **** mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I’ve never used anyone else since. We haven’t had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great. Some water damage below the sink had warped that cabinet, a toe kick was beyond a simple touch-up, and then I broke a glass pane in one of the kitchen cabinets 2 weeks before showings were to start. Ted and his team hopped right on it when I called. They didn’t have to do that. My work wasn’t going to be a big money maker and I’m moving out of state so there isn’t the promise of a lot of work in my next house. But none of that mattered. Ted and his team made me feel like they always make me feel - like my project was the most important one in the world."

"Very impressed. Beware they are booked out a couple of months but your patience will be worth it. Showed up on time for every appointment along the way, important to me. They have their own dedicated employees, no subs, and bring in all the trades depending on your needs; plumber, stone guy, carpenters, etc. Everyone was very friendly, great with tips to do things better than you had planned and accommodating of changes. This is my first ever Angie's List review, but I am a real person and would recommend this company and will personally use them again for some bathroom work I have planned. "Service was first class from start to finish. It began with a designer coming on site to understand what I was looking to accomplish, evaluate current storage configuration and then offering the redesign to maximize storage in my kitchen using Shelf Genie roll out shelving. The designer explained shelving construction along with the options for shelf material - samples were available. She did some preliminary measurements and drew a design model. Once we arrived at a final design and shelf option, she re-measured to determine cost. <br /> <br />The next step was a visit from the installer who reviewed the design with me and took final measurements. The shelving was then ordered and I was contacted in about three weeks for installation. Installation took the better part of a day since all shelves are custom-installed to accommodate all the little variances from cabinet to cabinet. Neil was my installer and he was fabulous!! He did a great job with the install. He made sure that all shelves worked perfectly and showed me the ins and outs to remove the shelves. He even patched the holes in my pantry where old shelves were removed and touched up with paint I had available. He cleaned up so well, you would never know anyone had been there with drills ,etc, <br /> <br />I had 13 roll out shelves installed in kitchen cabinets and 6 rollout shelves installed in the pantry for a total of about $5,000. While you may be able to find less expensive roll out shelving including DIY from the big box stores, you can't beat the quality of Shelf Genie shelves, design and installation process and workmanship. Each shelf holds up to 100 lbs. They roll out completely so there is easy access to the complete surface area. Most of all, you can't beat the ease of accessing items stored in the bottom shelves of bottom cabinets. I have been enjoying my Shelf Genie shelves for about two months now. This is one of the best investments in my kitchen that I have made. I highly recommend Shelf Genie. <br />"

"I recently was in the market for new windows on my house. I went to a couple of places to compare products and prices. Erie by far was the most helpful in the process. They had a representative come to my house and show me exactly what I was getting. They reviewed every option I had as well as the pricing options for the windows. The price was very comparable to the other places that I looked. I chose to go with Erie. Them being local was also a benefit. The representative also informed me that they would be able to get all of the windows installed in the same day. This did not seem like it would happen to me. Come January Erie came before the day that they projected to be there. A team of 2 men showed up at my house and said they were there for the windows. I did not believe that 2 guys would be able to install the almost 20 windows in one day. But they started working and to my surprise, every window was installed in my house, That night my house kept the highest temperature all night since I have lived there. The nihgt before the windows were installed my house hit a low temp of 56 degrees despite my furnace being set at 65 and running all night. The night I had the new windows my house was able to stay at 65 degrees, despite it being under 10 degrees outside. The next day Erie returned and finished up the windows on the outside of the house. They had to enclose the windows and then they put trim on the windows inside. Both nights after the men were done working they cleaned up after themselves very well. They had a vacuum and when a window was finished being installed the 2nd guy cleaned up. You would have not known how much debris there was because of how quickly they cleaned everything up. Erie was very quick and efficient while doing the install on my house I was very pleased with the final project and I would recommend Erie to do windows on my family members houses. The quality was also very good. My house looks 10 times better both inside and out. I am also happy with the fact that my house can now keep heat in and I do not have the concern of waking up to a very cold house. Erie was excellent."
