Customers say: True professional

"We have been restoring an old bungalow porch that had been screened in and neglected for many years. When we took down the old screen, we realized that the brick walls had no capping. Hence, us needing someone skilled in concrete. Geovanni and his team were great! Very quick and efficient with their work. We feel that we were quoted/charged fairly. The work is beautiful and we love how our porch looks now. We definitely recommend GC Construction."

"I was totally satisficed with most aspects of the job that I hired them for. The one thing I would have liked to see happen, would have been a phone call or a visit to see how the yard is progressing after the work was done. There were some thin areas that could have used more attention. All is fine, as I took care of it myself."

"David and his crew were extremely efficient, effective, and productive. We were faced with the complete demolition of a 35-40’ long 10’ high railroad tie retaining wall which had deteriorated. DMC removed the entire wall and the shale and soil which had sunk and caused the concrete parking pad to crack and sink within a few days. He constructed a new wall of Normandy blocks backed with stones and gravel, a new drainage system, and finished with permeable pavers which effectively addresses the large amount of rain water we get in the east Tennessee mountains. David always followed up with action on whatever he said he’d do. We would highly recommend DMC Outdoor Living for any large or small hardscaping project."

"The guys that showed up did a wonderful job. I told them what I had an idea for and what I would like done: they very very straight forward and always kept me informed on what they would be doing, how and when it would be done. They were very respectful. After they were done I walked around with them and they told me if I didn’t like something they would fix it to my specifications, but didn’t have to because they did everything that was asked of them. Would definitely hire these guys again and even my neighbors saw how good a job they did and will be calling them to do their yards."

"Brandon and the Eternal Lawn & Landscaping team were great to work with: excellent communicators, efficient, flexible, and providing a great value. The excellent service started with the planning process with Brandon working and re-working his landscaping plan to accommodate my preferences and style. Once we settled on the design, they removed my old landscape plants and associated materials and even ground out the stump of one large holly. They installed new plants and shrubs, created lovely stone borders for the beds, installed the mulch I selected and even installed a soaker hose I supplied at no additional charge. Brandon was great to work with all along the way and the team made sure I was satisfied with the end result. My yard has a beautiful new look with which I am completely satisfied. I recommend Eternal Lawn & Landscaping wholeheartedly and without reservation for anyone who is looking for a hard-working, professional team who delivers fully at a great price."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Townsend, TN

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
