"Unfair and deceptive business practices. Charged me $7,847.05 to diagnose and rewire 1 circuit. 1 day or work. This is way over fair market pricing. I tried to contact them for a more descriptive contract due to what is shown on the contract, doesn?t correlate to the work performed. I received no reply. A new junction box was not installed. They used the old box. The single room rewire makes no sense. I have no clue what the ?15-20 amp dedicated up to 75ft with access? is at all. The electrician did not show me a final price before charging my credit card for this amount."

""You get what you pay for" is how I would describe this cheap "deal" to have recessed lights installed. The guy came in here with his crew and smashed up all of my living room, kitchen, and bedroom ceilings with giant holes in order to install brand new recessed lights. I had another electrician come by afterward for unrelated work and he couldn't believe the incredible amount of unnecessary damage done just to install these lights. Obviously, as the owner of a home and doing this for the first time, we had no idea what to expect for our request, but after hearing from the other guy what should have been done with very minimal damage to my plaster ceilings, I'm pretty ****** about the sloppy job that I then had to repair at my cost afterward. Imagine seeing your ceiling look like swiss cheese. To top it off, he used pretty cheap quality recessed lights that we found out later were bought off of Amazon, and that were entirely way too white in color (like an office space). Furthermore, he didn't seem very knowledgable about my ceiling lamps that needed to be rewired and claimed it was a very big job to make it all safe again. The other electrician I used for another project was also asked about this request. It was no problem for them to easily diagnose and repair with no damage at all and completed in about an hour. We now have brand new ceiling lamps in the living room and bedroom. Lastly, his attitude sucked. He had no manners or level of professionalism, and was very condescending to my wife and I on numerous occasions. He sent us harassing texts as well because we couldn't pay him exactly at the time and day he requested because my wife and I work. Wouldn't accept payment outside of in person check or cash."

"I agreed to replace 2 METAL sprinkler heads. I was billed for 3 PLASTIC heads. I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. I was not satisfied with their handling of the whole process."

"Unfortunately the brand new fans (right out of the box) did not work properly. Kosta, the owner, then explained it was because the fans were only capable of operating at one speed, low. This was not the case as the fans had multiple speeds as we later found out when paying yet again, to have the fans properly installed. (Now they world on all five speeds.) Kosta did not do the work properly. In addition, the outside timer was also improperly installed rendering it useless. Worse, even though he didn't know how to set the timer he proceeded to install it anyway with a non-trivial charge. The only properly installed work was 2 electrical outlets. The cost for all the mistake and poorly done work was exorbitant -- and that was before the additional cost to hire someone to do the work correctly. Consumer beware."

"This is follow up to my previous post that I wish I could remove. I wish I could post my pictures here. He was hired to do my driveway with an apron and level my property to avoid water build up. I contacted him 10 months after the job was completed to let him know that all the pavers in my apron were coming up and weeds were coming through. He never called back, I sent him an email and he also never got back to me. I had to contact another contracter only to tell me that the job was not done properly. In addition, my property is still like a little lake. After more than thousands+ dollars, I would use someone else. He is not responsible. DO NOT USE"
