In April of the same year I reached out to Frank about weeds appearing in the work he did. He text saying he would come and pick and spray . I agreed and asked him to set up a time that I would be home. He answered several days later and said he was injured on the job and would be back at work on May 21st. On May 20th I text him to set up a time for him to come and have not received a response. I have called and text several times with no answer or response."
