I queried five contractors and only George was responsive, had follow up, and actually did his own background to make sure that what I wanted to do was going to work. He did the extra work to investigate my panel to ensure that my infrastructure could accommodate the extra load. As a home owner, I could tell immediately I was in good hands. I had cheaper options--but I dismissed those out of hand because of poor attitudes, service, follow-up, and shortcut takers. George Leach is none of those things. Not only does George take the extra time to think through his work, when he meets an obstacle, he takes the time to work through it and does the quality job. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. "I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system.
