"The project is not completed. Communication continues to be a problem. I was expecting work to be done today, but nobody showed. The man who did the post hoes was a hard worker and considerate. I have a call in to Miguel who is supposed managing the project, but no reply to my message. It is a frustrating situation. UPDATE: After consideration I would say that the project was done well, but the lack of communication is both frustrating and disappointing"

"The team was amazing! We had an old deck in our backyard and we hired Palm Construction to replace and extend it and they did a great work! "Creig was extremely professional and responsive. He got everything done on the list (which grew by a couple of items during his first visit to the home to provide an estimate). Due to the urgency of getting the home ready for professional photos and listed for sale, Creig agreed to perform the work on a Saturday, even though he already had one job scheduled that day. He stayed until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, in order to get the work done. I will definitely call him again for any home repairs!
