"They are very good. They do good work. I think they are very careful about what they do. It just looks good when they get done. It looks natural. It doesn't look weird. I don't think they have done any lawn fertilizing and treatment. I don't have a clue about what we paid for the services. They respond right away and clean up after themselves really well. They will consult with you about the stuff. They are very good about redoing what you want. I really don't know about the price because my husband wrote the check. He hasn't complained so I guess it is fine."

"They were average. He gave me a hard time. He gave me an appointment, and never followed up on it three times. Their ad was misleading and they said in the fine print it stated their area only covers so much. They tried to power wash the deck, and their machine was bad. It didn't connect to the hose. They had to reschedule after a week. They did some sanding here and there. My wife was particular about the color. They did it the following week. We kept having to reschedule, and it was not a good experience. When they did the complete work, it was good. It was an inconvenience with the scheduling. Every time they came, there was an issue either with the hose connecting, the machine not working, or running to get paint. I would never use them again. I was not satisfied with them."

"We've been using them for 2 years...they were on restriction after the 1st year to CALL US BEFORE THEY APPLY lawn treatments because we WANTED TO BE HOME TO MONITOR the applications (due to the fact we felt they were shortchanging us on applications). Background: Service guy knocked on our door, my husband didn't answer because he was on a business call, service guy applies treatment and drives away after a total of only 5 minutes. Altho on conference call, my husband WATCHED and TIMED the service guy. Hubs feels service guy thought we weren't home and "quickied" the job, because the job usually takes my husband ~20 minutes. Tee Time was good about abiding by our request to call before servicing our lawn :-) - so that's a plus for them; however, since our lawn over the last 2 years hasn't looked like we were using a professional service, we decided to do it ourselves for the 2017 season. Upon receiving a voice mail in April that Tee Time w/b coming out to apply round 2 for the 2017 season, I promptly called and left them a very nice, detailed message to NOT come out to service our lawn and to CANCEL our lawn service for this season. Tee Time came out and serviced our lawn anyway and left a bill. I then called and spoke live w/a gentleman and told him we weren't paying the bill ya da ya da. He was cool and said we need not worry about paying the bill. I thought we were now done. Nope. They JUST serviced our lawn AGAIN (Round 3) on May 22 and left a bill. I just left a voice mail to say we weren't paying that bill either and if they don't stop servicing our lawn, I'll have to take legal action; for they're screwing up what my husband is doing to the lawn (ie, when Tee Time comes out, they could actually be over-fertilizing or potentially kill our lawn)! They need to get their act together and communicate better with one another - or, they won't be in business very much longer."
