"My mother hired them for her move, and the movers destroyed her $6,000 glass table. Her dining set is now a hazard because it is broken at the base. The company was not even apologetic and actually very hostile. Since then, the company has refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation for the damage. On top of that, Christine O?Sullivan was extremely rude, unprofessional, and would not return any calls when I tried to resolve the issue. She only sends nasty emails. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would strongly caution others against using this terrible company. Do not get fooled by this company like I did! Look at the before and after of my mother?s table."
