The second was oven temperature gauge and that will be fixed when pumpkin season/baking season is upon us. The last is a washer past its prime and he recommended replacement vs fixing. "Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. We will call Matt for our future needs."

It was not an easy install and he spent several hours customizing it to fit exactly right, get the plumbing situated and worked through some electrical issues. "Danger: We used Apple Appliance Repair (Ashburn) twice in the last year - both for a bad Samsung ice maker. They replaced it with a 'new' one year ago (for $350) and now that one has gone bad. After doing some searching, I determined they installed a replacement brand that can be purchased of about $90 as opposed to a Samsung OEM for about $150. Do not use these guys as they are not honest - you really do not know what they are replacing. [UPDATE 6/29/2020 - Angie's List] - I am currently working with the vendor to correct the issues. [UPDATE 7/8/2020 - Angie's List] - The parts discrepancy has been successfully resolved by Apple Appliance. This appears to be a parts supplier issue."
