I've communicated with the owner on many occasions and he has not followed through with what he told me that he would do. And the project is still not finished. I payed the owner the balance in full which was a big mistake."

Funny thing is, in all the things they were doing, they forgot to give me an estimate so when they kept saying that they were on something I had no idea what they were talking about. But the thing was, he made sure that everything was excellent. I have no complains. He oversaw it and he was here more often than the workmen were and some jobs that he didn't like, he fired them. He made sure that it was painted right, that the driveway pavers were put in right, that the pavers in the pool were right, that the floors were right, and everything. Everyone that was hired by him did a super job, except the first one who he fired."
