"<p>About twelve years ago my husband strung out some Lowe's landscaping lights. They were never very good and they finally died. When we decided to replace them, we called Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. When we called for an appointment, the person scheduling the visit suggested a night time demo. That sounded interesting so we accepted the offer. Steven Rowley came out and spent about 30-minutes putting up some demo lights then invited us out to see what he had done. He did the “drum roll” thing then flipped the switch. WOW! The house looked amazing! He even lit up the back deck. </p> <p>He showed us the quality of the lighting fixtures and explained some of the things like annual services then went over pricing. To be honest, we planned on spending half of what we spent but the demo was so magical that we could not help ourselves. The house looked amazing. Steven even wired things so we could easily add tree lights and other accent lights in the future really easily. <br></p> <p>When I mentioned that we had a home automation system, he asked how it worked and we ended up tying the timer boxes into out existing system so all of the lights could be controlled centrally like the rest of the house. Awesome!</p> <p>The whole experience was first class and the people were very professional. I’d highly recommend getting a quote from them. They are not the cheapest but they are the best we’ve seen and after the cheap Lowe’s lights, we gladly paid for professionalism and quality. </p>"

"We were shocked and impressed when we got a return call back from Richard 30 minutes after we left a message requesting an estimate to redo our retaining wall. We set an appt for 4 the next day. He was on time, neatly dressed and had measuring equipment with him. We had a good comforting feeling from the start. When looking at the project he was very attentive to what we wanted to do and was courteous with questions and suggestions. When we said we wanted to go with the least expensive stone since it was going to face the woods he completely agreed. He got back to us within 2 days with an estimate that we thought was reasonable. Since it was toward the end of the week and he needed to finish up his current project we agreed to start the following Monday, August 20th. On Thursday he realized he could not finish on time so he called us to let us know he would be able to start on Tuesday instead. He and Matt arrived at 9am in a large clean flatbed truck loaded with his Bobcat, attachments, power tools and hand tools. They both were dressed in neat work clothes (no butt cracks or bare chests). They immediately started working and did not stop until lunch. When they came back an hour later they went right back to work. We knew we had made the right decision and had hired a professional with an excellent work ethic. When we would check on their progress Richard would always answer our questions and never made us feel like we were a bother. When the project was complete they cleared and cleaned the area to get it as close as possible to its original condition. On the last day of the project we decided to add some sodding to the area. Richard was very accommodating about purchasing and laying the sod It only took the 2 of them 4 days to complete the wall project and less than half a day to pick up the sod and lay it.. Two days later Richard made a follow up call to see if the sod was getting enough water and if we had any questions or issues we needed to discuss. Honestly this was the best experience with a contractor that we have ever had. If we ever decide to do any other landscape projects we will definitely will use Emerald Creek Landscapes. <br />"

"Chris came and measured the driveway and provided us with an estimate. After securing several bids, we chose Innovative Contractors, LLC. On the designated date, Chris and his crew arrived. After laying out the equipment, the demolition began. Well into the process, it was apparent we had an unusual driveway that was the exception to the rule. Instead of the usual 4 inches. the driveway depth ranged from 8 inches to 2 feet. It was a mess under there. They removed the demolition material, graded the under surface, covered the under-surface with a geothermal concrete blanket, made sure the new driveway will have the proper slant correcting a major problem the old driveway had. They filled the driveway with gravel. Here their progress was hindered by major rain occurring over several days. Finally, they got a break and were able to pour. Our neighbors all commented on how hard Chris' crew worked and that the driveway truly was a work of art. At least one of them is obtaining a quote from Chris. <br /> Chris and his crew were very professional, courteous and congenial. They always answered our questions and even anticipated questions at times. <br /> <br /> <strong>Unfortunately Innovative Contractors do not provide follow-up when a problem arises. Chris has been promising me for 2 years to come back an do a patch and answer some questions as to why the concrete has been cracking and hole appearing. and keeps saying he will come but must attend to another job.</strong>"
