"I purchased the "$133 for Landscape Assessment/Analysis with Plans!" and was disappointed with a couple things, however, the man I dealt with was nice and understood what I wanted out of our land.  First, it took about 3 times for me to get a call back from him to schedule a visit for our landscaping.  Second, and the biggest let down, after his visit, all I received was a proposed bill for the work.  However, I could have gotten that for free. I paid $133 for the plans so I could get a cohesive plan from someone with knowledge, and implement it myself.  When I asked for the plans, which are specified in the title of the Big Deal, he said that the deal I purchased was not for a large yard like mine, but for only a small portion of a yard (what?) and that the deal I purchased doesn't necessarily include plans (again, it says "with plans" in the title of the deal).  We went back and forth on this but he did end up doing the plans for me.  I just don't understand what I paid for if I didn't pay for the plans...? Companies come and give quotes  for FREE.  Like I said, he eventually did the plans and they are useful, so that should absolutely be taken into account.
I should also mention how exorbinant the prices were for the proposed landscaping.  I don't know if all landscaping costs this much we didn't want expensive plans and he wanted $12,000 for our landscaping.  When we asked friends and family who had landscaping done, they indicated it should have been around half as much for the work we wanted done.
