They also poured a large concrete slab for RV parking and walk way that wraps around the house. Their work is high quality, everything is sloped well and leveled to match the existing structures like AC unit and crawlspace entrance. After a week there was a small area that had issues and Patrick agreed to repair it. I will use them for future projects."

I did everything we are told not to do--signed a proposal agreement on the spot, went with the lowest bid, and trusted my gut and then worried about what I had done. I am happy to say that the job couldn't have gone better. Mani and his crew arrived on site exactly when he said they would, the project went like clockwork, and was completed in one day as promised. The driveway looks great, they took extra care with the finishing, and cleaned up really well. I was impressed that Mani accompanied the crew and worked through the day along with them. I have used contractors in the past who show up for the contract signing, send out the workers, and are never again seen. Some neighbors watching the process were interested enough to want estimates for projects of their own. That says a lot. I would definitely use this company again."

"We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."

"I had a 15 foot section of sidewalk the city mandated required replacement. Toro DEMOd and replaced the sidewalk in one day. The work was clean and defect free. Further complicating it was the sidewalk had a 4 foot wide section to a 5 foot wide section. They measured and lined out the frames to cleanly taper it in to the point where it is not noticed at all. Will definitely call them again for future projects. Will definitely call them again for more projects."
